If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to submit a standard claim form to your insurance company so that you can be reimbursed directly for your allowable benefits. SMYLE essentials is an out-of-network provider and dental insurance reimbursement will be sent directly to you. Payments: We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost. Payment is expected at the time of the appointment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash payments. No insurance? No problem, most patients find our fees reasonable significantly less compared to private dental practices.
