Dr. Owyang is a Bay Area native raised in Fremont, and attended college at the University of California, Davis, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology. He then attended the Arthur A. Dugoni University of the Pacific School of Dentistry to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2004. Dr. Owyang currently practices in Fremont to serve the community where he grew up, giving back to the town he considers home. His services include all general dentistry procedures, such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canal treatments, implants, Invisalign, and more.
Dr. Owyang has attended numerous continuing education courses and seminars to remain at the forefront of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. When not servicing his patients, Dr. Owyang loves spending time with his wife, Clariza, and their two children. He enjoys reading, playing guitar, and watching his kids play volleyball for high school and travel club. Dr. Owyang is also an avid football fan and can be found on Sundays at Levi's Stadium cheering on the 49ers!

Zahid H. Ahmed to The Glen Dental Team! A California native, Dr. Ahmed brings a unique blend of expertise and a holistic approach to dental care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan and has a strong background in dental surgery, implantology, and prosthetics. In addition to treating patients, he has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF and is currently a Clinical Instructor at Stanford Healthcare.
Dr. Ahmed is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He values continuous education to stay at the forefront of dental advancements, ensuring his patients benefit from the most up – to -date techniques. Outside of the office, Dr. Ahmed lives in the East Bay with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering for local non-profits.
